- Control & Instrumentation: Diploma in Electronics & Telecommunications/Instrumentation Engineering
- Civil: Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Communication: Diploma in Electronics & Telecommunications/Telecommunication Engineering/Electronics & Communication Engineering
- Percentage Requirements: 65% for Gen/OBC/EWS, 60% for SC/ST/PwBD

- ₹300 for General, OBC (NCL), EWS candidates
- Exempted for SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-SM & DVC Departmental candidates
